Our story
We never planned
to start an agency.
We just stayed.
Katarzyna moved to Jávea in 2012, planning to stay for a year. The climate, the lifestyle, the people — she never left. By 2014 she was helping friends find properties, translate legal documents and navigate Spanish bureaucracy, which catches almost every foreign buyer off guard.
“The biggest problem was not finding the property. The problem was finding someone you could trust throughout the entire process.”
Prime Spanish Properties grew out of that problem. Not a large agency trying to sell as many properties as possible — a small team that knows the market, speaks multiple languages and genuinely cares about the outcome for every client.
